3) Although you said your stay is self funded, do you plan to apply for stipendium during your stay?

I learned about your information through JSOA, your organization's homepage, and PubMed. I know that you and your excellent team are skilled in treating knee injuries and joint pain, especially in minimally invasive surgeries for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair, and osteoarthritis. Additionally, you have achieved world-leading levels in intra-articular bone and cartilage transplantation. It would be of great help to the improvement of my clinical skills and professional development if I could undergo XXX weeks of clinical observation under your guidance. Here is my plan and response:

I plan to visit from XXXX, 2024, to XXXX, 2024, for a period of about XXX weeks. My institution will bear all my expenses in Japan, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and medical insurance. Is my plan feasible? Thank you!

You are welcome to visit us to observe our surgeries and clinical practice.

However, your initial plan to visit from XXX, 2024, to XXX, 2024, for a period of about XX weeks may not suit our schedule.

I and Prof. YYY, who is in charge of knee surgeries, are invited to the Ulaanbaatar Universities in Mongolia from XXX , 2024 to XXX.

We plan to perform shoulder and knee surgeries as well as to attend the Japan-Mongolia Orthopaedic symposium in early August.  

Can you fix another candidate week for visit?

I just told you that you may come, if you like.

I have not confirmed the schedule.

I just told you that August is not appropriate.

I suggest the 2 weeks visit does help you master any of the techniques.

You don't even see fundamental procedures.

I do not invite you for a 2 weeks Japanese trip.

I receive many overseas applications for clinical fellowship.

一下子搞得有点蒙圈，看样子这位日本人的玻璃心真的碎了一地，很生气，后果很严重，哈哈！

不过话又说回来，根据这么多年的进修访学经验，我们发现绝大部分国外教授还是不错的，礼貌、坦率，这种人只是极少数。
